Before the storm
The photos above were taken days before Butchoy.At 2:00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon "BUTCHOY" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 690 kms east northeast of Borongan, Eastern Samar (13.7ºN 132.0ºE) with maximum winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph.
